A True WEXCR Loyal Fan: Pat Cowan

You’ve undoubtedly seen her at a race, always showing support with a WEXCR shirt on. At 79 years old, Pat Cowan has been going to races for over 30 years – starting back when her son, Mike, started racing motorcycles.

Pat comes with her son, Ron, who is now a Track Sweeper for WEXCR. You may see her sitting anywhere on race day, but most importantly, she is always supporting WEXCR and the family environment of the races.

Loretta Joy, WEXCR photographer, said, “She always parks and hangs out with us and a day at the races would not be the same if Pat wasn’t there with me. I love her to pieces!”

It’s true fans like Pat Cowan who make WEXCR such a successful and incredible racing atmosphere for racers, families and friends! Thank you for always supporting WEXCR, Pat!
