Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Race Gas Program Is Back For 2023!!
We would like to welcome Rocky Mountain ATV/MC back as a series sponsor for the 2023 season! With $26,180 paid out during our 2022 season we are pleased to partner up with them again to offer this great program to help out all of the racers in our series.
The way it works is that all racers who provide us with their email address and participate in our regular 9 points events will receive a $10 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC account credit via email within a few weeks after each event. So please make sure you complete the email address portion of our registration forms on race day so we can ensure that you will receive your contingency credits. If you ride multiple classes per event you will only get 1 gift card per event.
**Racers you are responsible for providing the registration crew with your email address, as well as verifying that it is correct in our system. Just ask them to check our system the next time you are registering for our events. By giving us your contact info, you are also giving us permission to share your info with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC so they can email you about your Race Gas Credits. Also your email address must be in our system the day of the event in order to receive contingency for that event. We cant go back and reissue contingency for previous rounds if your email address wasn’t in our system on the race day.**
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is now moving their program over to a digital format. Meaning, participants who qualify for Race Gas Cash will be able to receive and access their contingency cash faster on the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC website in a special account area which will be ready to use right away. Contingency Cards will no longer be mailed out via the post office like in the past. Qualifying participants will receive an email from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC specifying that contingency cash has been put into their account. They will also be sending out email reminders if the contingency cash is near its expiration date. Which the race gas credits are only valid for 45 days after they are issued, so don’t forget to use them before they expire.
