This will be our 2nd stop at this facility for this season, I’m sure if you were at the first one it will be a race that you will never forget as mother nature dropped some heavy April rain on us Saturday making it one tough mudder for Sundays event! After all the mud dried up and the creeks receded, the landowner and our track crew has logged alot of hours in cleanup and reclaiming all the trails bringing them back to great racing condition. We have also been busy exploring new areas and cutting in several brand new sections which will make this track have a new layout! There is also several great spectator spots to watch the adult racers as they tackle some new hill climbs, creek crossings and a small creek jump which all are within a short walk from the pits!

Also thanks to the help from the landowners family and friends we will be having a “Racer Appreciation Pig Roast” on Sunday, every racer that signs up will receive a coupon to receive a Free Pork BBQ dinner with side dishes after their race. We also have a guaranteed $500 Payout to the overall winner of the Adult Bike & Adult Quad Pro class for this event!

Trimble Football Alumni will also be onsite Sunday providing concessions for everyone, so make sure you stop by and get some great food and help support their local youth football league.

This facility does have easy off the road access with level parking although this is one of the smaller and spread out parking areas within our series. If you would like you can bring your small campers or tents out on Saturday (gates close at 11pm) and spend the weekend with us, as always there is no extra charge for primitive camping. Space is a little limited for extra large RV’s, campers or trailers, so if possible load up a smaller trailer or throw your bike or quad in the pickup truck to help save space and get ready for another adventurous round with WEXCR!!!

For those of you chasing season points, remember you need to race in at least 9 races and complete at least 1 lap at each event in order to qualify for our season awards banquet. The “drops/throw aways” are starting to take effect, so things are starting to get very interesting as we have some close points battles in several classes. To see your current season points standings you can check out the standings by clicking here. On Sunday Sept 17th we will be hosting our Bike & Quad Rd#11 (UTV RD#6) at the all new “Black Diamond XC” located in New Plymouth, OH. We are extremely excited to be able to open this property up for its first ever racing event! The property has the best of both worlds as far as very easy of the road access with plenty of level parking as well as lots of woods for us to carve in some great new virgin trials!! The track itself will have alot of great features for the racers to enjoy as they tackle a variety of trials ranging from tight technical to some open “GP Style” Grass track sections as well as a great variety of elevation changes. We also plan to make a very challenging optional pro hill climb (weather permitting) and a small creek jump for the spectators to enjoy which are both within a short walk from the pits. We are estimating around a 8 mile long adult track, stay tuned for more info as the track layout progresses…

This is also our 6th round of UTV racing for the season, the UTV racers will be tackling an awesome course now with orange arrows which will lead them around the track full of faster paced open trails & grass track sections right after the adult quads finish up on Sunday. This will be the 3rd time this property has ever been raced on and it seems to be a favorite with every racer that’s ever attended! Overall this track has a pretty good variety of terrain to tackle from tight technical sections, a few small open high speed field sections, creek crossings, adult only creek jump and a few medium sized up & down hills. We have plans for another nice long adult bike only single track section as well as some new adult quad only sections for this years layout. Stay tuned for more info as the new layout progresses.

We have been busy working on coming up with different layout by adding a few new sections and changing the direction of some other areas around to give this track a new feel for those of you that have raced here before.  Stay tuned for more info as the new layout progresses.

On SATURDAY July 15th we will be hosting our 7th round of racing of the 2017 race season at “Constitution Ridge” located just outside of Belpre, OH! Constitution Ridge is full of racing history as many local races have been held on this property over the past few decades. Believe it or not we have found a few small sections of virgin woods to cut a few new trails in and with the help of Larry the landowner who has spent several hours on the dozer dressing up a few areas, the track is looking pretty good. This track is full of tighter technical trails as well as a few faster paced trails and field sections.

This facility is also a spectators delight as there is several areas to catch some great racing action within just a short walk from the pits. We also have plans to put in a new hill climb which make a new challenge for the racers to tackle and as always there is a optional go around for the less daring! We should end up with around 7-8 miles for the adult divisions, approx. 3-4 miles for the youth divisions and approx 1 mile loop for the peewee division racers.

The parking area at this facility has fairly easy off the road access and there is plenty of room to bring in your toy haulers or campers in on Friday night. If you want, you are welcome to make it a full weekend family adventure by staying Saturday evening as well (although you may be put to work cleaning up on Sunday, lol…) As always there is no extra charge for primitive camping.

Riders will be required to have a transponder which is used to record your laps and laps times when you come through the finish area. Our transponders are the stick on type which go on the back side of your helmet. The transponders are a one time cost of $10.00, sorry we cant rent them out per race. It will be a one time purchase and as long as you don’t damage it, lose it or switch helmets. If you already have one of these stick on style transponders from any other race series, you are good to go as long as it passes the reader test at registration. Also there is no such thing as a “annual renewal/programming fee” with us!

On Sunday June 18th we will be hosting our 5th round of racing of the 2017 race season at “Horsepower Hollow” located outside of Torch, OH! “Horsepower Hollow” is also the home of Stonegate Farms & Equine Facility which is a highly rated full service horse boarding & care facility. Thankfully the landowners allow us to all get together one day a year to bring a different kind of “Horsepower” to the grounds. This track has a great mixture of technical trails, hill climbs, ravines and some high speed field sections to test riders of all skill levels. We are busy working on a new layout to give this track a new feel for those of you that have raced here before and look for the start and finish area to be in a new location at this round.  Stay tuned for more track details to come as the new layout progresses…

Since this race is being held on Fathers Day, Racers make sure you post a pic on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with your Dad at our event and tag it with #wexcrdads and @wexcr Make sure you also give us your best caption for your chance to win a free gate & registration pass good towards our next event!

The parking area at this facility has easy off the road access and there is plenty of room to bring in your toy haulers or campers in on Saturday and make it a weekend family adventure, as always there is no extra charge for primitive camping.

We understand that according to the forecast as of Thursday there is a possibility of thunderstorms/rain Sunday afternoon and we DO NOT plan on cancelling the race as long as the conditions are safe to hold our event. One thing I do want to highlight real quick, in the past at this facility we had some spectators cut some of the fencing instead of walking a little farther distance to use existing gates to get to different areas of the track. Just a reminder please review this rule from our rulebook and please abide by our rules and respect the landowners property while attending this and all our events. Thanks!!

On Sunday June 4th we will be hosting our 4th round of racing for the 2017 race season at Warrior Raceway in Vincent, OH! This is the 3rd time for our series to use this facility and our previous rounds here have been a hit with all the racers & spectators! The track will have a different feel with a new layout while you all tackle the nice mixture of tighter technical areas as well as a few open faster paced sections along with some all new adult bike single track sections. This track is also going to be a spectators delight as there is several great areas (hill climbs, creek jumps & small mud bog) to catch some racing action very close to the pit areas. On Sunday May 14th we will be hosting our 3rd round of racing for the 2017 race season at Husted Hills located in Amesville, OH! This track has many exciting spectator areas & features including some faster paced smooth flowing trails, adult bike single track sections, open GP style field sections, a freshly groomed fast paced MX track along with the coolest Enduro-cross section on our circuit!! We have permission to access another neighboring property so by gaining some additional acreage look for a longer adult track for this event. Stay tuned for more info & mileage once layout is completed.

The parking area at this facility does have easy off the road access and there is a good bit of semi level parking for toy haulers or campers if you want to come in Saturday (gates close @ 11pm) and make it a weekend family adventure, as always there is no extra charge for primitive camping.

Also don’t forget this is our second round for UTV’s, which their race will be held right after the finish of the adult quad race. So make sure you plan to stick around as I’m sure you will see some great battles as Can-Am UTV racers will be competing for $500 to win in Can-Am Contingency Bucks!
