Rd #8 At Fallon Farms – Rio Grande, OH All ATV & UTV Sat the 22nd & All Bikes Sun the 23rd

Our Round# 8 of Motorcycle & ATV racing & Round #4 for UTV’s will take place @ “Fallon Farms” located just outside of Rio Grande, OH. This event will be in a 2 day format, which this is just 1 regular WEXCR points race not a double header or co-sanctioned event. ALL QUAD & UTV CLASSES will race on Saturday the 22nd & ALL BIKE CLASSES will race on Sunday the 23rd. There is plenty of nice level parking at this facility with easy off the road access, so it makes for a great place to bring your campers or RV’s and you can get in on Friday evening if you wish to spend the entire weekend with the WEXCR racing family. We are also working on coming up with some entertaining events for Saturday evening after the racing is over, stay tuned for more info to be released soon. Also since we have a little more time during the race days we have extended the race times a little on the peewee & youth divisions but the adult divisions will stay the same. See below for the new time schedule format for this round only.

As far as the track goes you all are going to love this place, it has a great mixture of faster paced, tight technical trails, with few hill climbs & some rocky creek sections. After spending last weekend working on the layout we came up with the following approx lengths, Peewee 1.5 miles, Youth/UTV 5 miles, Adult Quad 7 miles and Adult Bikes 8.5 miles with the single track section included. Also look for the new 2015 layout to have some awesome new field sections to provide more track side pitting. So get your race machines ready and come on out for another great adventurous round with WEXCR!!!

Just as a reminder we count your best 8 races out of the 10 for season points, so things will only get more interesting as we head into the last 2 rounds and the drops will start taking effect. Also another reminder, if you race in at least 8 rounds and complete at least 1 lap in each of the 8 rounds to collect points, you will qualify for our end of season banquet awards no matter what place you are in. UTV racers: we count the best 4 out of the 5 for your series championship, so you guys have 1 drop in your points chase. Gate Fees:

Gates Open Saturday & Sunday Morning @ 9am

Kids 5 & under are FREE

Ages 6-12 = $10 per person

Ages 13 & up = $15 per person

Racer Registration Fees:

Peewee Bike & Mini Quad Classes = $20.00

Youth Bike & Quad Classes = $25.00

Adult Bike & Quad Amateur Classes = $30.00

Adult Bike & Quad Pro-Am  = $40.00

Adult Bike & Quad Pro = $50.00

We do not have any membership fees & we do not require AMA cards.

Riders will be required to have a transponder which is used to record your laps and laps times when you come through the finish area. Our transponders are the stick on type which go on the back side of your helmet. The transponders are a one time cost of $10.00, sorry we cant rent them out per race. It will be a one time purchase and as long as you don’t damage it, lose it or switch helmets. If you already have one of these stick on style transponders from any other race series, you are good to go as long as it passes the reader test at registration. Also there is no such thing as a “annual renewal/programming fee” with us!
